Follow Your Heart vegan blue

Follow Your Heart vegan blue cheese was the topic of a recent post on Ethical Bargains. I’m sharing it here as I haven’t posted in weeks here on the GSP and wanted to say a quick hello 🙂

I’m doing alright, considering everything that’s going on in the world. I’ve had a little break and am almost ready to start addressing the Big Awful Thing through a series of posts on personal actions, ethical consumption, and how the corporate landscape is changing.

I’ve spent a lot of time this year researching and writing about third-party certifications and this turned out to be timely. When governments stop looking our for the planet and its inhabitants, assurances from legitimate certification programs like fair trade or the Forest Stewardship Council become vital.

Anyway, check out the post below on Ethical Bargains (and maybe subscribe!). The company in question, Follow Your Heart, has an interesting history and I figured it was worth sharing as its new parent corp. (Danone) is a certified B Corporation.
